Card payments run through Stripe at their standard rates, with no extra software percentage on top.

Which plan is right for us?
It comes down to how many reservations you take in a month. Not sure where you land? Bring last season’s numbers to your demo and we’ll figure it out together.
What does the setup fee cover?
Getting you up and running: setting up your experiences and events, connecting your integrations, and making sure your team feels comfortable before your first guest books.
Do my guests pay booking or ticket fees?
No. Block 55 never adds a fee to your guests’ bill. They pay what you charge, nothing more.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Block 55 doesn’t take a revenue share. Card payments are processed by Stripe at their standard rates.
Are any features extra?
No. Every plan includes every feature, including the iPhone and iPad app, integrations and the Morning Briefing.
Can you help us switch from another system?
Yes. We can bring your reservations and guests over from Tock or Acuity, and we’ll help you get your experiences set up. Coming from somewhere else? Send us an export, even a simple CSV file, and we’ll take it from there.
