Join us for an evening where craft chocolate meets exceptional wine. Led by owner and chocolatier Larissa Milano of Bluebirds Chocolate, this hands-on class breaks down how sweetness, acidity, and tannin interact with chocolate to create pairings that are more than the sum of their parts.

After a short tasting demo, you'll build your own flights from a spread of house-made ganaches, nuts, and pate de fruits alongside a curated wine selection — comparing notes and discovering combinations to recreate at home.
