Join us for our most anticipated evening of the year, set within the manzanita grove at Hawks Hill Ranch.

The experience begins with a chauffeured drive from downtown Paso Robles to the estate where you’ll welcomed to a wine reception at golden hour in the grove. As the evening unfolds, you will be seated for a multi-course dinner featuring Hawks Hill Ranch estate raised lamb, thoughtfully prepared and paired with a selection of wines, including limited offerings available only for this night.

Surrounded by the twisting branches of the manzanitas and the quiet of the ranch after sunset, the setting becomes something entirely its own. Candlelight, open sky, and the rhythm of a shared table create an experience that is both intimate and unforgettable.
