Build Your Blend: Wine Blending 101
Step into the role of winemaker for the evening.
In this hands-on class, you will taste through individual wine components and learn how small changes in proportion can completely transform a finished wine. We will walk you through the fundamentals of blending including structure, balance, aromatics, and texture so you can understand not just what you like, but why.
Then you will put it into practice.
Using a selection of wines, you will create your own custom blend and refine it until it is exactly where you want it. Once you have dialed it in, we will bottle it for you to take home. Your own one of a kind wine.
Relaxed, interactive, and designed for all levels. Whether you are just getting into wine or already deep into it, you will leave with a better palate and a bottle that is entirely your own.
