Join sommelier and owner of Cosecha Wine & Mezcal, DeAnna Ornelas, for a hands-on sabering class where you’ll learn how to open sparkling wine with a saber — yes, it’s as epic as it sounds! 🗡️🥂

🦪🍷 We’re also beyond excited to welcome back the amazing Chef Maylin Chavez who’ll be serving up oysters and delicious food pairings, available for purchase on-site to perfectly complement our wines.
