Experience our signature flight of 5 wines, hosted by our friendly and knowledgeable staff in our tasting room or vineyard patio. Reserve Tasting and Cheese Pairing
$60 per person
Enjoy an exclusive flight of 6 rarely opened Volatus reserve and library wines in our private Ready Room. Each experience is customized with the goal of having fun and trying new and interesting wines, or tasting through the past few years of your favorites! Cheese pairings are selected by the winemaker to fit the wines presented. This 90 minute guided tasting costs $60 per person, $40 for wine club members. Contact dan@volatus.wine with any questions.
Soup and Syrah
The Soup & Syrah Festival is a celebration of community, craft, and comfort—bringing together the soulful warmth of locally made chilis and stews with the bold character of Paso Robles Syrah. Set against the backdrop of our region’s vibrant wine culture, the festival invites guests to taste, wander, and connect with the people behind the food and the wine. More than a day of indulgence, the event proudly serves a greater purpose by raising funds for our local children’s charity, Jack’s Helping Hand, supporting families and children in need throughout our community. It’s a day designed to slow things down, spark conversation, and showcase the creativity of our winemakers, chefs, and artisans, all while giving back and strengthening the spirit of Paso Robles.
