Summer Sunset Dinner
Join us to celebrate summer! Enjoy our delicious wines, a locally-inspired menu by Chef Samantha Buyskes of Simply Red Kitchen, the Seneca sunset, and the company of fellow wine lovers on the scenic deck at our lovely Winegarden. Chef Sam will be plating up her exciting, three-course Fire Table dinner, and Silver Thread owner/winemakers Shannon and Paul Brock will be on hand as your gracious hosts.

Pate choux with brie, apricot jam, & fresh dill
With 2021 Blanc de Blancs
Pasta with pine nut pesto, Parmesan, & breadcrumbs
With 2024 Dry Riesling
Grilled tri-tip or portobello mushroom with greens & charred tomatoes
With 2024 Gewurztraminer & 2023 Good Earth Red
Strawberry rhubarb tart with thyme, custard, & whipped cream
With 2023 Semi-dry Riesling
Maximum attendance: 48 people. Casually elegant attire encouraged.
$130 per person includes dinner, paired wines, pre-dinner wine tasting, and a special Riesling Toast.

Thursday Night Music Series
Swing by the new Silver Thread Winegarden this July & August for live music on Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30!
We’re excited to host both guests AND local musicians for this casual music series. Get a glass and something to eat, sit in the shade on the covered back patio, listen to some music, and enjoy the sunset over Seneca Lake.
$20 per person includes your table with a view and your first glass of wine! Walk-ins will be accommodated as space allows.
