LEMON & HERB PRAWN SKEWERS
Pairs beautifully with Pinot Gris
Jumbo prawns marinated in lemon zest, garlic, fresh tarragon and olive oil, grilled over high heat. Served on rosemary skewers with a chilled Meyer lemon aioli — as refreshing as rounding the far turn with the lead.
PRAWN & MANGO BITES
Pairs beautifully with Pinot Gris
Chilled poached prawns on crispy wonton cups with fresh mango salsa, avocado cream and a hint of chilli. Bright, tropical flavours that burst like the crowd when the horses hit the top of the stretch.
From the "riders up" call to the final furlong, the Kentucky Derby is two minutes of pure adrenaline wrapped in over a century of pageantry and tradition. Watch the field jostle out of the gate, settle into position down the backstretch, and then — as the far turn opens up — unleash everything down the stretch.
