This is a typical tasting room experience where wine is offered as flights. We will offer you a choice of two wine flights, the Foundation and the Reserve including four pours each. Please plan for 60-75 minutes for this tasting.
Currently, we are pouring the following:
White Wine Flight $22 per person
2022 Occam's Razor Pinot Gris, 2023 The Composer Riesling and 2023 Dream Deferred Chardonnay
Tasting fee is refundable with $50 purchase per individual.
Foundation Flight $30 per person
2023 Deferred Dream Chardonnay, 2023 QED Choice Function, 2023 QED Strong Law, and 2024 Living in the Limelight - Petit Verdot
Tasting fee is refundable with $100 purchase per individual.
Reserve Flight $45 per person
2020 The Composer Encore Riesling, 2019 in Order to form a more perfect Union, 2021 Veritas Sequitur Estate Syrah, 2019 Fianchetto
Tasting fee is refundable with $200 purchase per individual.
We also offer these wines by the glass and many varietals as bottle purchases to enjoy in our beautiful Downtown Tasting Room.

PERSONAL TASTING
$75 per person
This is our most popular tasting: a casual, personal tasting experience where you will try our wines, hear our stories, and get to know us. Please plan for 60-90 minutes for this tasting. This tasting features six of our highly rated wines.

MASTER OF WINE EXPERIENCE
$250 per person
Our own Rasa Vineyards Winemaker/Co-owner Billo Naravane became a Master of Wine in 2017. He is one of only 418 individuals worldwide, spread across 29 countries to currently hold this title. Billo also happens to be an excellent educator. This is a very special, one of a kind tasting experience.
This two hour tasting experience includes preplanning with Billo to customize and personalize a tasting to fit your level of expertise and varietal of wine. The experience is for individuals curious about the finer details of wine, avid collectors, wine club members, as students of Sommelier or Master of Wine programs.

Veritas Sequitur Masterclass - The Truth in the Soil
With a glass of Veritas Sequitur in hand, you'll walk through the vineyard alongside Master of Wine Billo Naravane as he discusses the ancient basalt cobblestones, vine phenology, seasonal vineyard practices, and the countless decisions that guide a vintage from bud break through harvest. You'll gain an insider's understanding of why this extraordinary site produces wines unlike those from anywhere else in the world.
Following the vineyard tour, we'll continue the discussion at our Downtown Tasting Room for a guided tasting featuring six expressions of Veritas Sequitur, including the unreleased 2022 vintage and older bottling. Together we'll explore how terroir remains constant while each growing season leaves its own signature on the wine. Billo will discuss the defining characteristics of each vintage, how weather shaped the wines, and why they continue to evolve in bottle.
Whether you're fascinated by terroir, eager to deepen your understanding of viticulture and winemaking, or simply love great wine, this promises to be a memorable morning of discovery, conversation, and exceptional wines.
