Led by Page Cellars Lead Wine Educator Dana Pexiotto, this 90-minute wine pairing course invites you to taste, compare, and play with both sweet and savory pairings inspired by Valentine’s favorites. You’ll experience firsthand how balance, contrast, acidity, and texture can completely transform what’s in your glass and on your plate.
This is not a formal lecture or a list of rigid pairing rules. It’s a fun, relaxed tasting filled with discovery, conversation, and a few “wait… that works?” moments.
Perfect for couples, friends, or anyone who loves wine and wants to feel more confident pairing it at home, for date nights, dinner parties, and celebrations worth opening the good bottle.
