After a greeting of sparkling wine and a paired bite, Chef Fritz will reveal a seasonal menu unfolding alongside our estate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and White Pinot Noir.

Our Classic Tasting focuses specifically on our estate grown wines, comparing current release and library vintages of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir side by side in an intimate and educational format. This experience lasts approximately 90 minutes and reservations are limited to six guests. $40/person, complimentary for Wine Club Members.

Our Elevated Pairing includes the same level wines and attention to detail as the Classic Tasting paired with a selection of seasonal offerings curated by our Chef, Jason Fritz. This experience lasts approximately 90 minutes and reservations are limited to six guests. $80/person, $40 for Wine Club Members.

As a Vintage Circle Collection member, picking up your allocation entitles you to a complimentary Elevated Pairing for four guests. Enjoy a selection of our world-class wines paired with a selection of seasonal offerings curated by our Chef, Jason Fritz. This experience lasts roughly 90 minutes.
