That is why we do not stop at Pinot Noir. We grow and craft more than 20 varietals that thrive here, including Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc, Mencía, and Sauvignon Blanc. All are made as small-batch natural wines.
Your tasting happens in our working winery in Gaston, right in the middle of the real, unpolished process of winemaking. Every wine is crafted in our gravity-flow cellar to keep handling gentle and flavors pure, guiding each wine from vineyard to bottle with minimal interference.
We work with organic and biodynamic growers to plant grapes that will thrive in a changing climate and show the full potential of the Willamette Valley. Sustainability and resilience are at the core of everything we do.
We ask guests to support this work by purchasing three bottles per person or joining our wine club. If that is not possible, a $40 per person tasting fee applies.

Concinnitas Farm Collection Tasting

Concinnitas Farm is our estate vineyard, planted in 2017 with close friends and partners who share our vision for varietal diversity and organic farming. This site is an extension of our commitment to exploring grapes that thrive in Oregon’s changing climate while honoring the land through sustainable practices.
Your tasting includes a guided flight of the Concinnitas Farm Collection, small-lot wines Method Oregon traditional sparkling wines, single varietals and blends that showcase the site’s young but distinctive voice. You will learn about the vineyard’s origin, its organic farming practices, and the varieties we chose to plant here as part of our ongoing exploration of Oregon’s future.

Guests are invited to move, breathe, and set personal intentions while grounding into the beauty of the vineyard and the possibility of a new cycle.
