Begin with a brief guided walk through the heart of our living farm—passing vineyard rows, edible gardens, and the interconnected systems that shape everything we grow. Then settle in for a five-wine tasting elevated by thoughtfully curated pairing bites.

In this immersive experience, you’ll explore how our Italian-varietal wines come alive on the palate when matched with the right textures & flavors. You’ll discover how our regenerative farming practices influence each glass and why the right pairings help the wine shine.

This tasting is both delicious and eye-opening: a deeper conversation with the wines, the land, and our farming philosophy that crafts them.

Our bottle-service tasting is a reserved seating experience. The reservation fee is for the table itself and ensures we hold a dedicated space for your visit; it does not apply toward wine purchases. During this experience, wine is purchased separately, and we have a minimum of ½ bottle per guest. Outside picnic food may be brought in for table service.
