Get StartedBOUTZ Tasting Experience Including Greek Varietals
Discover the palate of Greece in the heart of Paso Robles. We are currently hosting tastings on Adelaida Road where we have outdoor and indoor seating overlooking vineyard views. Our intimate tasting features a rotating selection of twelve estate-grown varietals, including our iconic Greek wines such as Assyrtiko, Moschofilero, Vidiano. Guided personally by a member of the Boutz Cellars family, you’ll explore the unique combination of ancient tradition and Paso Robles terroir as well as our family history.
Reservations are for 90 minutes per seating (sometimes longer), ensuring you have time to savor the wines, take in the view, and enjoy a special experience.

Tastings are $25 per person waived with a 2 bottle purchase or club sign up
