This unique experience includes sabering a bottle of our Brut Cuvée, a charcuterie and a tasting. Here, you will learn the history, science and technique of Sabrage along with the traditional method of making sparkling wine. We start off by sabering a bottle for your table.

The ultimate deep dive into our Portrait Series Pinot Noir’s. Here you will taste a flight one of of our top tier Pinots starting with a 2019 then going into our 2021, 2022, 2023 vintages. This is a side by side tasting not to be missed.
