We are featuring Kettle Brand, made right here in Salem, Oregon, to offer a small but considered chip pairing alongside either tasting experience. Twenty years ago, the Eola-Amity Hills AVA was formally recognized — and the wines have been making a case for the region ever since. We've been proud to call it home, and this year we're marking the milestone with a special tasting experience dedicated entirely to this remarkable corner of the Willamette Valley.
Shaped by rolling volcanic hills and the cooling rush of the Van Duzer Corridor, Eola-Amity Hills produces wines of uncommon tension and elegance. This flight showcases the full range of what the AVA does best — from a pre-release sparkling wine still in tirage, to a brand-new Rosé of Pinot Meunier, to Chardonnays and a Pinot Noir that have collectively earned some of the highest scores of our history.
