Experience our signature flight of 5 wines, hosted by our friendly and knowledgeable staff in our tasting room or vineyard patio. Tastings are $20 and waived with a bottle purchase or joining the wine club. Members taste for free. Pets are welcome on a leash. For large groups of 9 or more people, please contact dan@volatus.wine
Reserve Tasting and Cheese Pairing
$60 per person
Enjoy an exclusive flight of 6 rarely opened Volatus reserve and library wines in our private Ready Room. Each experience is customized with the goal of having fun and trying new and interesting wines, or tasting through the past few years of your favorites! Cheese pairings are selected by the winemaker to fit the wines presented. This 90 minute guided tasting costs $60 per person, $40 for wine club members. Contact dan@volatus.wine with any questions.
Blind Wine Tasting with Hal
Join us for a tasting of 7 different red varietals here at the tasting room after hours with winemaker Hal!
Put your palate to the test to see if you can identify the varietals, or just come and enjoy learning more about our wine.
Each wine will be paired with a bite curated by Chef Katie. You can either enjoy as you go in order, or after your guesses have been locked in place!
This is a small event, tickets are limited to 16 guests, and we will have food provided. And yes, Hal will be trying to identify them along with you.

Then come back and enjoy the afternoon for library flights, and start enjoying into late afternoon and evening with back to back DJs! There will be culinary delights cooked by winemaker, Hal Schmitt, and wines by the glass or bottle to enjoy until 10pm!
